HISTORY
In 1998 "MSI Learning" was formed to provide support services to education providers expanding into the distance education market. MSI Learning focuses on Internet-based instructor-led classes. Our unique "Semi-Synchronous"™ instructional design methodology provides instructors and learners with a framework for collaborative learning. By forming an alliance of education providers, MSI is able to provide the infrastructure and support services required to deliver web-based training in an extremely cost effective manner. Our parent company, Management Strategies Inc., was founded in 1995. MSI provides consulting and training services to high technology companies working with geographically distributed project teams. In our consulting practice, we have worked with such companies as Oracle, Lockheed Martin, Levi Strauss, Siemens, GAP, Hewlett Packard and Cisco Systems. MSI has developed training for over 8,000 students in the skills required for both leading and participating in effective virtual teams.
